I finally download it, after 3,6 GO of info, it says - Error Server Unknown - and nothing, is there something there?????

I download it again during the night + this morning, and again - Error Server Unknown, please is it possible to fix it, we have to wait a long period (3,6 GO) for nothing at all.......

Tried it 5 more time, I QUIT, if there's nothing in the file or can't have access it, please remove it, fifth messages and no answers....
